Our fun time this month was celebrating Jon and Austin's birthday. Since they are only a week apart we did one big weekend. Jon wanted to go skiing and of course a birthday wouldn't be complete without Jon's sister Kari coming along. I don't ski so it was a perfect time for the boys and I to have some fun too. After a full weekend of skiing, sledding, swimming, movies and food, we finally had to come home to reality.
While Jon and Kari skied, the boys and I hit the pool and a movie. It seemed funny to be swimming inside and watching the snow fall outside.

Austin's big gift was a 22 rifle. He was so excited and couldn't wait to learn how to shoot it. Here is Jon giving Austin his first lesson.
